How does microneedling work?
Treatment is performed using the advanced Dermapen 4™ device, which glides across the skin using sterile single-use needle cartridges.
The controlled micro-channels created during treatment encourage the skin’s repair response and collagen production. Treatment depth can also be adjusted depending on the area being treated and your individual skin concerns.
Microneedling is often combined with professional topical serums or exosomes selected to support hydration, recovery and overall skin health, while also improving absorption into the skin during treatment

What happens during treatment?
Your appointment starts with a consultation and skin assessment with Arwa, to understand your skin concerns, goals and suitability for treatment.
After cleansing and preparing the skin, the Dermapen 4™ device is passed across the treatment area using sterile single-use needle cartridges. Treatment depth and intensity are adjusted depending on the area being treated and your individual skin concerns.
Professional serums may also be used during treatment to support hydration and skin recovery.
Most appointments take around 45–60 minutes.
After treatment, the skin usually appears pink or lightly flushed, similar to mild sun exposure, before settling over the next 24–48 hours.
How many microneedling sessions will I need?
Depending on your skin concerns, Arwa may recommend a course of 3–6 treatments, usually spaced 4–6 weeks apart. We have 3 and 6 session microneedling session packages available - See Our Price List
Results improve progressively over several months as skin renewal continues.
Some clients then choose occasional maintenance treatments as part of their longer-term skin care plan.
